This project involved the re-design of an existing corporate headquarters, both internally and externally. The developer client had already undertaken construction designed by local architects; our scheme is a re-design of the original proposal.

The brief required a design that expressed the client’s status as one of the largest developers in India; their experience with modern construction, attention to detail and their confidence with new and innovative ideas. The design was required to embody the company’s mantra, ‘turning dreams into reality’.

Our response included a ground floor entry lobby that was conceived as a contemporary ‘industrial’ space, where the visitor is met with a sense of grandeur and innovation. The volume of the 3-storey high lobby embodies similar qualities but introduces texture and emotion. The offices also reflect a feeling of modernity but also a warmer, more personal touch.
