‘Nirvana by the Sea’ is a residential tower designed to ensure that all its 69 luxury apartments enjoy an ocean view, resulting in a dynamic and visually captivating form appropriate to its landmark location. The architecture of ‘Nirvana by the Sea’ redefines the typology of luxury high rise beachfront apartments and is driven by the uninterrupted views to the water, framed by Kirra Point to the north-east and Burleigh Heads to the north-west.

The project incorporates 14 levels of apartments crowned by four luxury penthouses with exclusive landscaped rooftop terraces. Below, there are nine ground floor retail tenancies over 1,500 m2, two levels of basement car parking, residential reception and club facilities including a movie theatrette, gymnasium, residents’ lounge, swimming pool and finely-detailed landscaped terraces. The curved residents’ club lounge, featuring polished metal and veneer-lined interiors, is built around a circular reflective pool and opens to a garden backdrop through folding glass walls.

At streetscape level, outdoor dining terraces animated by a rhythm of alternating solid and glass awnings engage the passer-by and enliven the precinct. The new development combines a relaxed beach resort style with a new level of sophistication and makes a positive contribution to both the urban and the social fabric of Kirra Beach.
