Hervey is a resort project for a sea side location on one of the most breathtaking coastlines of North-Eastern Australia. The proposed development consists of 39 luxury holiday apartments, 7 penthouses and 9 townhouse villas. The resulting architectural expression is a medley of fluid forms that respond to the constraints and opportunities of the site and surrounds, designed to captivate and excite.

The larger, taller volume occupies the rear of the site, capturing the important northern aspect (in its Southern Hemisphere location) and providing ocean and water views to all apartments. The resort’s landscape, incorporating pools and water features, connects the site to the beach front as well as to the access street at the rear where the main entry is located.
